Right of Withdrawal – Returns
If you are a Consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Note: returns are accepted only via shipping. Personal delivery is not possible.
The item must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal request before the period expires.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned product or proof of its return.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or proof of shipment.
Return conditions:
- the product must be unused
- all original tags must be attached
- the item should be returned in its original packaging

Complaints
If the product is defective, you have the right to file a complaint.

Note: complaints are handled via shipping only. Personal delivery is not possible.
You may request:
- repair of the product
- replacement
- price reduction
- withdrawal from the contract (in case of a significant defect)
The Seller is liable for defects for 2 years from the date of delivery.
Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days.
